Multi Station Centrifugal Casting Machine
Our hot mold horizontal centrifugal casting machines are used to produce the 3-meter length grey iron pipe for building drainage and soil pipe for irrigation. We manufacture both single station centrifugal casting machine and high efficiency, cyclically mold moving multi station centrifugal casting machine for mass production of iron drainage pipes.
The hot mold centrifugal casting machines range from simple manually operated equipment to fully automated systems utilizing programmable logic controllers (PLC) with functions of automatic pouring, automatic mold coating, automatic mold brushing and automatic extraction. The casted product’s diameter ranged from 50mm to 600mm with length ranged from 500mm to 6,000mm.
