This type of automatic hot mold horizontal centrifugal casting machines are used to produce the piston rings, bearing bushes, alloy steel pipes, gunmetal bushes, cylinder liner etc. The long casted pipe can be cut and machined to various shape rings, bearing bushes and cylinder liners.

The centrifugal casting machines are operated by fully automated systems utilizing programmable logic controllers (PLC) with functions of automatic pouring, automatic mold coating, automatic mold brushing and automatic pipe extraction by hydraulic shaft.
