ESR and VAR Crucibles
Our company produces copper crucibles and crystallizers for ESR (Electric Slag Remelting) furnace, vacuum self-consumable furnace, condenser crucible and EB cold bed furnace crucible. We manufacture both seamless forged crucibles and seam welded crucibles in shape of round and square form. Our forging machine has 10,000 metric tons of forging press capacity which is able to forge crucible with diameter ranged from 200mm to 2,000mm and length ranged from 500mm to 6,000mm. For manufacturing the seamed crucible, we adopt argon protected submerged arc welding machine to weld the crucible body with seam in both vertical and horizontal direction.
